Salsa Verde

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb tomatillo
  • 2 jalapenos
  • 1/4 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • water, to boil

Recipe

  • 1 peel papery skins from tomatillos, and wash them and the jalapenos.
  • 2 boil tomatillos and jalapenos for 5 minutes and drain.
  • 3 put all the ingredients in a blender and blend for a few seconds to mix.
  • 4 chill and serve.
