Ingredients
- 1 lb tomatillo
- 2 jalapenos
- 1/4 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- water, to boil
Recipe
- 1 peel papery skins from tomatillos, and wash them and the jalapenos.
- 2 boil tomatillos and jalapenos for 5 minutes and drain.
- 3 put all the ingredients in a blender and blend for a few seconds to mix.
- 4 chill and serve.
