- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup thousand island dressing
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon caraway seed
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- 2 form into golf ball size meatballs.
- 3 bake at 350 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes, depending on your oven.
