Pickled Bologna

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pickling spices
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 lb ring bologna, cut into 2-3-inch pieces

Recipe

  • 1 mix together first 6 ingredients and boil for 8 minutes; cool. put bologna and onions in large glass jar. pour vinegar mixture over bologna. refrigerate overnight before serving. store in refrigerator.
