- 1 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pickling spices
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 lb ring bologna, cut into 2-3-inch pieces
Recipe
- 1 mix together first 6 ingredients and boil for 8 minutes; cool. put bologna and onions in large glass jar. pour vinegar mixture over bologna. refrigerate overnight before serving. store in refrigerator.
