Ingredients

- 4 avocados, ripe but not mushy, diced
- 8 medium tomatillos, diced
- 2 -3 serrano peppers, diced
- 3 -4 garlic cloves, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, freshly chopped
- 1 lime, juice of
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix all of ingredients together, being careful not to smash the avocados.
- 2 serve with tortilla chips, on your favorite mexican dish, or however you wish.
