- 1 lb queso fresco or 1 lb queso blanco
- 1 (10 ounce) jar pickled jalapeno peppers
Recipe
- 1 1. open the package of cheese and cut it into 3/4-1 inch cubes.
- 2 2. place the cheese into a container with a lid.
- 3 3. find the jar opener and open the jar of jalapeno slices.
- 4 4. pour jalapenos over cheese and stir a little.
- 5 5. cover and refrigerate overnight.
