Mexican Pepper Dip

- 1 (15 ounce) can black olives, sliced
- 1 (20 ounce) jar mild yellow pepper rings
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 lb monterey jack cheese
- good seasons italian dressing, prepared
- tortilla chips
Recipe
- 1 drain the peppers and chop in small pieces. mix the peppers, green onions, olives and tomatoes. mis this with approximately 2/3 of the prepared dressing. grate the cheese block into the mixture and stir to combine. refrigerate to meld the flavors. serve with chips.
