Mexican Pepper Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black olives, sliced
  • 1 (20 ounce) jar mild yellow pepper rings
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1 lb monterey jack cheese
  • good seasons italian dressing, prepared
  • tortilla chips

Recipe

  • 1 drain the peppers and chop in small pieces. mix the peppers, green onions, olives and tomatoes. mis this with approximately 2/3 of the prepared dressing. grate the cheese block into the mixture and stir to combine. refrigerate to meld the flavors. serve with chips.
