Marmalade Meatballs

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs frozen meatballs (use the fully cooked kind, homestyle variety works well)
  • 16 ounces french dressing (catalina works too)
  • 1 cup orange marmalade
  • 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 defrost meatballs (i usually put them in the microwave for a few minutes).
  • 2 place meatballs in a medium large sauce pan, or a deep 12 inch skillet should work too.
  • 3 combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl, stir until combined well.
  • 4 pour sauce over meatballs and stir to coat.
  • 5 cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes or until meatballs are heated through and sauce is hot. enjoy!
