Healthy Cucumber Snack

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons hummus
  • 16 reduced-fat crackers (i use wheat thins)
  • 1/4 cup green olives, sliced

Recipe

  • 1 slice cucumber and green olives up.
  • 2 spread a little bit of hummus on each cracker.
  • 3 top with cucumber and green olives.
  • 4 multiply ingredients for more people as an appetizer.
