Ingredients

- 1 medium eggplant, cut into fry sized strips
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 dash garlic salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 shake eggplant"fries" in a large ziploc bag with flour, salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
- 2 fry in the 1/2 cup vegetable oil.
- 3 drain on a paper towel.
- 4 broil in the oven to make crispy.
- 5 serve with marinara or alfredo for dipping.
