- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 cup edamame, shelled
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 lemon, juice of
Recipe
- 1 heat olive oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. saute garlic until golden brown, 2-3 minutes. add edamame, and cook another 3 minutes. add salt and lemon juice.
- 2 remove from heat and transfer everything to a food processor. puree until smooth. add a tablespoon of water if spread is too thick. add salt to taste.
