Crowd Pleaser Spinach Dip

Total Time: 2 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 bricks cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and water squeezed out
  • 1 round loaf sourdough bread, not sliced
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cream the cream cheese and stir in the mayonnaise, cheese, garlic, and spinach.
  • 2 cut a hole in the top of the loaf of bread and hollow it out.
  • 3 fill the hollowed out loaf with the spinach and cheese mixture. replace the top of the loaf.
  • 4 wrap in foil and bake for 2 hours at 350°f.
  • 5 serve warm with crusty bread, crackers or veggies for dipping.
