Seafood Dip

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 (40 g) package knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 (125 g) package cream cheese
- 1 cup hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 shallot
- parsley
- 1 (170 g) can crabmeat (approximate can size) or 1 (170 g) can lobster meat (approximate can size)
Recipe
- 1 soften cream cheese; add soup mix and stir well.
- 2 mix in other ingredients. cover and refrigerate overnight.
- 3 serve with vegetables, crackers or chips.
- 4 note: you can add a package of cooked, drained and finely chopped spinach to add more colour and a little different taste. if so, add it at the end.
