Ingredients
- 1 cup corn oil
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup margarine
Recipe
- 1 put the margarine in mixer bowl.
- 2 let soften slightly.
- 3 whip.
- 4 pour in 1/2 the oil and 1/2 the buttermilk.
- 5 continue to whip.
- 6 pour in remaining oil and buttermilk.
- 7 whip until thoroughly mixed.
- 8 put in plastic containers in fridge.
- 9 use for toast, muffins, or baking.
- 10 this does not work for frying.
