Raw Radish Spring Dip

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb radish (approx 25)
  • 4 garlic scapes (the steams of garlic)
  • 2 cups raw cashews
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt

Recipe

  • 1 roughly chop radishes and scapes.
  • 2 add cashews and water to blender. blend until smooth, then add other ingredients and blend until preferred texture.
  • 3 serve with sliced radishes, pita chips or crackers. make approx 5 cups.
