Ingredients
- 1 lb radish (approx 25)
- 4 garlic scapes (the steams of garlic)
- 2 cups raw cashews
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
Recipe
- 1 roughly chop radishes and scapes.
- 2 add cashews and water to blender. blend until smooth, then add other ingredients and blend until preferred texture.
- 3 serve with sliced radishes, pita chips or crackers. make approx 5 cups.
