Quick And Healthy Chocolate Dip

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1/4 cup dutch-processed cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 stir all ingredients together, making sure there are no streaks of yoghurt left.
  • 2 let rest, refrigerated, for 30 minutes if possible. the flavours will really develop and the dip will thicken.
  • 3 serve with a fruit platter, or top with whipped topping or chopped nuts.
