Quick And Healthy Black Bean Quesadillas

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons salsa, thick and chunky
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 2 ounces grated reduced-fat cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 mash beans.
  • 2 add salsa, seasoning, and onion. mix well.
  • 3 divide filling onto two tortillas. top with cheese and the remaining two tortillas.
  • 4 spray griddle or skillet with non-fat cooking spray and brown tortillas on both sides.
