Quick And Healthy Black Bean Quesadillas

Ingredients

- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons salsa, thick and chunky
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 4 flour tortillas
- 2 ounces grated reduced-fat cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 mash beans.
- 2 add salsa, seasoning, and onion. mix well.
- 3 divide filling onto two tortillas. top with cheese and the remaining two tortillas.
- 4 spray griddle or skillet with non-fat cooking spray and brown tortillas on both sides.
