Ingredients

- 1 (400 g) can chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon light tahini paste
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1 -2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon malt vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- coriander
Recipe
- 1 drain half the liquid out of the chickpeas. blemd all the ingredients in a blender to your preferred texture.(i like it quite coarse).
- 2 if you use raw garlic add a little at a time or bake it first, otherwise it can taste too raw-garlicky!
