Quick And Easy No Added Fat Hummus

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (400 g) can chickpeas
  • 1 tablespoon light tahini paste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 1 -2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon malt vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • coriander

Recipe

  • 1 drain half the liquid out of the chickpeas. blemd all the ingredients in a blender to your preferred texture.(i like it quite coarse).
  • 2 if you use raw garlic add a little at a time or bake it first, otherwise it can taste too raw-garlicky!
