Manchego With Honey Brown Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 lb manchego cheese, wedge
  • sea salt

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in small saute pan, and cook until it turns a golden brown. drizzle in honey and stir to incorporate. pour over cheese wedge and sprinkle with sea salt.
