Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can refried beans
- 1/2 cup shredded fat-free monterey jack cheese
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- hot sauce (as desired)
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
- 2 cover, and cook on high for 1 hour, or on low for 2-3 hours.
- 3 serve with baked tortilla chips.
