- 6 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup slivered fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a pretty serving dish.
- 2 cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- 3 serve with toothpicks and garnished with a basil or mint sprig.
