Moe's Dip

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (11 ounce) can shoepeg corn
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black-eyed peas
  • 2 -3 tablespoons pickled jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup catalina dressing
  • 1 bunch chopped cilantro

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together and let sit for at least two hours in the fridge so that all of the flavors can blend.
  • 2 if using jalapeno peppers, i use prechopped, marinated ones i find at the grocery store in the refrigerated section. if you it like spicey, add fresh chopped jalapeno's for more bite.
  • 3 i usually double the recipe because everyone loves it.
  • 4 serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
