Moe's Dip

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 (11 ounce) can shoepeg corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can black-eyed peas
- 2 -3 tablespoons pickled jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup italian dressing
- 1/2 cup catalina dressing
- 1 bunch chopped cilantro
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together and let sit for at least two hours in the fridge so that all of the flavors can blend.
- 2 if using jalapeno peppers, i use prechopped, marinated ones i find at the grocery store in the refrigerated section. if you it like spicey, add fresh chopped jalapeno's for more bite.
- 3 i usually double the recipe because everyone loves it.
- 4 serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
