Mexi Dip

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans refried beans
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 2 (3/4 ounce) envelopes taco seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • tortilla chips

Recipe

  • 1 spray a 9" x 13" pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • 2 spread refried beans on bottom.
  • 3 spread sour cream on top of beans.
  • 4 sprinkle taco seasoning over sour cream.
  • 5 sprinkle cheese on top.
  • 6 bake @ 375* for about 20 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
  • 7 stir well~~that way cheese doesn't harden on top.
  • 8 cut ingredients in half for an 8" x 8" pan.
