Liver Sausage Cream Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces liver sausage
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • salt, to taste
  • parsley, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 mix all except parsley together and form into a ball.
  • 2 roll ball in parsley.
  • 3 chill until serving.
