Ingredients

- 4 ounces blue cheese, room temperature
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 3 tablespoons beer
- sour cream, as needed to make dipping consistency
Recipe
- 1 be sure cheeses are at room temperature. combine the garlic and beer with the cheese, blending until smooth.
- 2 then add enough sour cream to bring it to dipping consistency.
- 3 serve on a lazy susan surrounded by a choice of vegetable sticks.
