Honey Toast With Pine Nuts

Total Time: 46 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 36 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup clear honey
  • 1 pinch ground ginger
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground pepper
  • 4 large slice bread
  • 1 tablespoon pine nuts

Recipe

  • 1 put the honey,spices and pepper in a small saucepan on a very low heat,until the honey thins.do't let the honey boil or burn.
  • 2 let the mixture cool.
  • 3 toast the bread on both lightly on both sides.
  • 4 cut each slice into 4 small squares.
  • 5 put the slices onto plates or a serving dish.
  • 6 pour the honey mixture over the toast.
  • 7 stick the pine nuts upright into each peice of toast so they look like small stakes.
