Green Goddess Dip

Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup minced fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh tarragon
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 process all of the ingredients in a food processor until smooth, about 20 seconds.
- 2 transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate until the flavors have blended, at least 1 hour. can be made up to 24 hours in advance, but add fresh lemon juice salt and pepper just before serving.
- 3 serve chilled with crackers or crudites.
