Rollkuchen

Total Time: 2 hrs Preparation Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups vegetable oil or 4 cups lard

Recipe

  • 1 mix all together and knead until smooth. let sit covered for 5-10 minutes.
  • 2 roll out and make squares. cut slits in the middle of each square. pull one side vertically through the slit. it will form a bow like shape. it is not obligatory to form the shapes.
  • 3 deep fry till nicely browned.
