Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 -3 tablespoons apricot preserves
- 3 green onions, green portion only, chopped
- 3 tablespoons crumbled cooked bacon
- 1/2-1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 dash pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and preserves until blended.
- 2 stir in onions, bacon, garlic and pepper.
- 3 refrigerate until serving.
- 4 serve with crackers or vegetables.
