Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup water
- cornstarch, to prevent dough from sticking
- oil (for deep frying)
Recipe
- 1 sift together flour, walt, and sugar. set aside.
- 2 in a large bowl, combine egg yolks, water, and cooking oil.
- 3 add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. mix thoroughly.
- 4 knead until dough is smooth and satiny.
- 5 cover and let rest for 1 hour.
