Ingredients
- 1 (4 ounce) package blue cheese
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons brandy
Recipe
- 1 crumble and mash blue cheese in a bowl. add cream cheese; beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. add brandy, beating until blended.
- 2 cover and chill.
- 3 serve with assorted crackers or pumpernickel or rye rounds. it is also good with apple and pear slices.
