Mom's Mexican Bean Dip

Ingredients

- 1 (15 ounce) can refried beans
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 2 ounces taco seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced black olives
- 1 tomato, chopped
- tortilla chips
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 275 degrees.
- 2 spread refried beans out on the bottom of a 8 x 8" baking dish.
- 3 mix the sour cream with the package of taco seasoning.
- 4 spread the seasoned sour cream over top of the beans.
- 5 spread the cheese over the sour cream.
- 6 heat in the oven until the cheese melts.
- 7 just before serving spread the vegetables over top of the melted cheese.
- 8 serve with your favorite tortilla chips, my favorite with this dish is the hint of lime chips.
