Simply Artichoke Dip (vegan & Dairy Free)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in a food processor, season with salt and pepper, and blend.
  • 2 spoon into a bowl and serve, adding an extra drizzle of olive oil if you like.
