Simple Hummus

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces chickpeas
  • 2 -3 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 drain chickpeas, reserving liquid. add remaining ingredients to food processor, blending well to desired consistency. add reserved chickpea liquid as needed to get the correct texture.
