Ingredients
- 15 ounces chickpeas
- 2 -3 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Recipe
- 1 drain chickpeas, reserving liquid. add remaining ingredients to food processor, blending well to desired consistency. add reserved chickpea liquid as needed to get the correct texture.
