Simple, Healthy Hummus!

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans (chick peas)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, more for a thinner consistency
  • 1 garlic clove
  • paprika (optional)
  • cilantro (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 drain and rinse garbanzo beans.
  • 2 combine ingredients into food processor or blender.
  • 3 add water/lemon juice as needed.
  • 4 blend until smooth.
  • 5 serve with veggies, chips, pretzels - whatever you would like! enjoy!
