Sarah's Spinach Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, quartered
  • 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 cup real mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon season salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 (6 ounce) frozen chopped spinach, thawed & liquid squeezed out

Recipe

  • 1 chop artichoke quarters into bite sized pieces.
  • 2 mix all ingredients together & place in quiche dish or pie plate (i have also used a small pyrex casserole dish).
  • 3 bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned. i personally do not cover when baking.
  • 4 i like to thinly slice french bread & toast them in the broiler for a couple minutes to enjoy with the dip. can also be served with crackers. it is a must try!
