Ingredients
- 3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt or 3/4 cup nonfat greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 -3 small garlic clove, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- freshly cracked black pepper
Recipe
- 1 whisk together ingredients. adjust seasonings.
- 2 serve chilled or at room temperature.
