Quick And Healthy Tzatziki Dip

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt or 3/4 cup nonfat greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 -3 small garlic clove, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • freshly cracked black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 whisk together ingredients. adjust seasonings.
  • 2 serve chilled or at room temperature.
