Pineapple Pecan Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup minced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced green onion
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 2 cups finely chopped pecans, divided

Recipe

  • 1 whip cream cheese and gently stir in pineapple, bell pepper, onions, seasonings and 1/2 of the pecans.
  • 2 pat out onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball.
  • 3 refrigerate overnight and roll in remaining pecans before serving.
