Peasant Hummus

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1 (14 ounce) can chickpeas, drain half and save half
  • 2 teaspoons margarine
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Recipe

  • 1 open can of chickpeas, drain one-half.
  • 2 put in flat-bottomed bowl, crush to grainy consistency
  • 3 add margarine and garlic.
  • 4 heat three minutes in microwave, check and stir; heat more if desired, but not much more.
