Ingredients
- 1/2 cup steamed green beans
- 3 hard boiled egg whites
- 3 large onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 ounces walnut pieces
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 steam green beans for 12 minutes; boil eggs.
- 2 sauté onions in oil until lightly browned, 30 minutes.
- 3 pour all into food processor and pulse until thickened and pâté consistency (or chop manually until it resembles pâté).
- 4 form and chill.
