Mochi Mochi Chicken

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into cubes
  • vegetable oil, for deep frying
  • mochi mochi marinade

Recipe

  • 1 prepare mochi mochi marinade and marinate chicken over night in the refrigerator.
