Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 6 lemons
- 1/4 lb butter
- 1 lb sugar
Recipe
- 1 using an electric mixer, beat the eggs until light then add the sugar.
- 2 place in a saucepan with the butter and grated rind of 2 lemons.
- 3 add the juice from the 6 lemons to the egg mixture.
