Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, canned crushed pineapple is fine
- 1 cup mango
- 1 cup red bell pepper
- 2/3 cup kiwi
- 3/4 cup red onion
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- minced serrano chili
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 finely chop all ingredients with knife or food processor. mix well, add serrano chilies a little at a time to taste.
