Empanadas De Pina (pineapple)

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) jar pineapple preserves, well drained
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar, for rolling (or more)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients except preserves.
- 2 knead into dough, roll out and cut with biscuit cutter, making a round circle.
- 3 place slightly less than a teaspoon of preserves in each cut shape.
- 4 fold and crimp edges together with fork.
- 5 bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees f until light beige, about 12 minutes.
- 6 after baking, roll in confectioners' sugar.
