Ingredients
- 6 eggs, hard boiled
- 2 avocados
- 1 habanero pepper
- 1 onion
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 mango
Recipe
- 1 place all the ingredients except the mangos and cilantro in a food processor or blender and blend at medium speed until very well combined and fairly smooth. chill for several hours.
- 2 garnish with diced mango and fresh cilantro.
