Ingredients
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can hearts of palm, drained and chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 green onion, minced
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients. spoon mixture into a lightly greased 9-inch pie plate.
- 2 bake uncoved at 350°f for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- 3 serve with crackers or melba rounds.
