Good Asparagus

Total Time: 11 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 min

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 lb fresh skinny asparagus spear
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3/4 cup ground pecans

Recipe

  • 1 remove tough ends from asparagus spears. bring 2-3" of water to a boil.
  • 2 drop in asparagus and cook 1 minute.
  • 3 drain and plunge into ice cold water immediately to cool quickly.
  • 4 put asparagus into a zip top bag with the remainder of the ingredients.
  • 5 marinate overnight.
