Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh skinny asparagus spear
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3/4 cup ground pecans
Recipe
- 1 remove tough ends from asparagus spears. bring 2-3" of water to a boil.
- 2 drop in asparagus and cook 1 minute.
- 3 drain and plunge into ice cold water immediately to cool quickly.
- 4 put asparagus into a zip top bag with the remainder of the ingredients.
- 5 marinate overnight.
