Ingredients
- 1/2 diced onion
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 3 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/4 teaspoons wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat pan over medium-low heat.
- 2 caramelize onions and butter in the pan for about thirty minutes or until browned and softened, stirring occasionally.
- 3 about two minutes before the onions are done, add two teaspoons of balsamic vinegar.
- 4 put all of the ingredients, including the onions, into a blender of food processor.
- 5 pulse several times or until still barely chunky.
