Nacho Cucumbers!

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cucumber (sliced)
  • 4 ounces salsa
  • 4 ounces pre-shredded fat-free cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 peel and slice cucumber.
  • 2 put 1 teaspoon salsa on each slice of cucumber.
  • 3 top with shredded cheese.
  • 4 put slices on paper towel and microwave for approximately 15 secs or until cheese begins to melt slightly.
