Pizza Snacks (oamc)

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup low fat mozzarella, shredded
  • 1/3 cup turkey pepperoni
  • 1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons black olives, chopped
  • 5 whole wheat english muffins, split

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients except english muffins in a bowl. spread over cut side of english muffin half.
  • 2 wrap each individually and place in a freezer bag. may freeze up to 2 months.
  • 3 to use frozen snacks: unwrap and place on a baking sheet. bake at 350 for 20 minutes (or until cheese is melted).
