Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 1/2 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup low fat mozzarella, shredded
- 1/3 cup turkey pepperoni
- 1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons black olives, chopped
- 5 whole wheat english muffins, split
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients except english muffins in a bowl. spread over cut side of english muffin half.
- 2 wrap each individually and place in a freezer bag. may freeze up to 2 months.
- 3 to use frozen snacks: unwrap and place on a baking sheet. bake at 350 for 20 minutes (or until cheese is melted).
