Ingredients
- 2/3 cup crumbled feta cheese (about 4 ounces)
- 2 small ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon oregano
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- 2 chill for 1 hour.
- 3 serve with tortilla or pita chips.
